5 km to St. Peter's
Free wireless high speed internet and
local calls.
The exclusive terrace has got two dining/sitting
areas, seating from 6 to 12 people, letting you choose
between the sun or the shadow. Or perhaps you prefer
lying down on the sunbeds, relaxing with a drink at
the sunset after your hard touristdays in the centre?
There is also a barbeque, if you feel like cooking
outdoors.

You can even choose to go up un the huge sunny roof
terrace with its even more spectacular view!

The bright kitchen is fully equipped: there's a big
refrigerator with separated deepfreezer, a dishwasher,
a 4 ring gas cooker with electric oven/grill and extractor
hood, and of course cupboards and drawers with all
you need of tableware, pots and pans to prepare your
own delicious meals with all the fresh specialities
you get just around the corner.
On the built-in glassbalcony outside the kitchen,
there's a washer, clothes-horses, steam iron and ironing
board, a vacuum cleaner and other cleaning equipment
you might need, unless you want an arrangement with
a cleaning woman.
The panoramic livingroom has got 3 double French windows
with access to the terrace and the balcony. It is
modernly furnished with a glass/aluminum dining table
seating 4-8 people. There's a comfortable double sofa
bed and a pouf, which serves as an extra seat or a
small table in the daytime, but easily becomes an
extra bed, if you are 5 persons. There's a built-in
cupboard and a chest of drawers for your clothes.
The bathroom is spacious, airy and modernly tiled
and contains a Jacuzzi tub with shower, WC, bidet,
built-in washbasin and hair dryer.

What about some Parma-ham, melon and
"parmigiano"-cheese? Fresh "casareccio"-bread
and nice, crisp roman pizza? All these and other specialities
you can get just down at the corner by Claudio and
Mauro.
In the bedroom you can choose between a double bed
(200 x 180 cm) or twin beds. The matresses, quilts
and pillows are scandinavian, and the linen/towels
will be changed every week. Of course there is also
a cupboard and drawers for your clothes and bedside
tables complete with reading lamps. The room is air-conditioned.
The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor and there
is no lift/elevator, but 65 low "Renaissance"-steps
a few times a day will only encrease our health! Moreover,
the local shops will gladly bring your heavy purchases
to your roman home without a surcharge.
The apartment was fully renovated and furnished in
2006.
I, Hanne Retvik Lombardo, am personally taking care
of the rental and have been living only 2 minutes
away for the last 13 years (totally 30 years in Rome,
after leaving my home country Norway). It's a very
nice area, with just a short way to the city centre
(bus 881 or 98), but we also enjoy the quietness of
the countryside.
