      For 1-2 persons, please subtract € 20/night, for 5 persons please add € 20/night.
      For 7 nights you only pay for 6!
      Last Minute: for bookings less than a week before arrival: 50% off!
      Early Bird: for bookings more than 9 months ahead: 10% off.
    • Prices are all inclusive: high speed wireless Internet, air-conditioning/heating, SAT-TV, DVD, stereo w/radio, CD and cassetteplayer, free telephone calls within Italy, fully equipped kitchen, including towels and detergents, linen, towels for the bathroom and the sunbeds, children's cots/chairs, maps and guide books about Rome/Italy, the final cleaning, something fresh to drink in the fridge, etc. You will also find a small Welcome Kit with the most necessary, making you able to have a light meal upon arrival. Included in your stay you also have the security to contact me 24/7. As I live very near, I will do my best to assist you, answer your questions and resolve any inconveniences or problems you might have during your stay.
